      YCH series ultra-high slip three-phase asynchronous motor is newly developed product that exclusively match with the beam pumping unit in oil field.The product,which can form CJT series energy-saving pumping drive equipment with JH energy-saving control box,have flexible mechanical performance,lesser start-up current and upper start-up torque.JH electronic control box have the power factor compensation and protection function,such as overload,overheating,lacks.Compared with the domestic similar products,the product adopts totally enclosed structure,therefore it has good sand-defending and moisture-proof performance and can be widely used in oil fields in our country.

The extensive application of many oil fields and analysis of test data indicate that,comparing with the original matching general motor,the beam pumping unit matching with this series product has the following features:

1.      Overcome the unreasonable phenomena of the original matching general motor surplus power,improve motors efficiency and power factor,and have significant energy-saving effect.

2.      Raise the full coefficient of pump,and increase oil production.

3.      Decrease 15~25% installation capacity and reduce the current of power supply network and losses of power supply network.If used in oil oil fields,the product can increase oil production;while used in new oilfield, investment costs of ground of ground distribution equipment will be reduced.

4.      The flexible mechanical performance can reduce the stress of the pumping rod and the gearbox torque,lightens the fatigue damage of the rod and the gearbox,and extends pumping units working life.

5.      The use of this device can reduce the maximum load of horseheads pendulous point and increase the minimum load of horsrheads pendulous point,improve the operating characteristic of the pumping unit.

6.      This series motor is characterized with lesser start-up current,upper start-up current,upper start-up torque,smooth start,which can reduce the impact to machinery and power supply network.
